THE MENTAL GOLF GAME
The Mental Game (the game within the game) is half the battle in golf. The game has so many variables. You must go out prepared to encounter any kind of lie, weather conditions, pressure, physical limitations, excitement, disapointment, embarrassment... the list goes on.
If you prepare mentally and physically, you have a better chance of enjoying your experience. Learning how to focus on what you want to do (and not beat yourself up) and having the dicipline to continue to follow your routine (even tho you want to quit) will take you much farther than you can imagine... but this too takes practice.
